Hating Mondays

nothing good happens on mondays. it's a theory i have that i don't think has been disproved yet. ok, here's five things i hate about it:
1. i always always always have the weekend hangover and wake up late and/or go to work late.
2. on mondays, bosses expect you to hand in reports first thing as though you should've worked on it over the weekend.
3. the people in the mrt perpetually has murder in their eyes.
4. it simply is the farthest day from the weekends
5. no dinners out, no bonding times.. no celebrations happen on mondays
i gotta think up five things i love about mondays to somewhat balance this out.. unfortunately, today's monday and so far-- nada.

What A Girl Wants (part 2)

no major shopping activities this time, but as i was getting my boyfriend some boxer shorts, i decided to get me an sm advantage card. figured i might as well get some points and/or discounts for future purchases.


this one's the temporary card as it says right there top right.. i'll be getting the personalized one 2-3 weeks from now. in addition to this, i'm also working on accumulating 5,000php in receipts for my laking national card.

Call Me Vain

..but i don't want the rash at the back of my knee to stay there longer than it should. i think i got it from the belo lotion i got when i came back from bora.. ironically, i seeked treatment with belo medical..


the doc says it was probably caused by sweat mixing with the lotion.. still, i seriously doubt it, but who am i to argue? anyway, with my brother's pambubuyo, i got some cream and stuff for it. will update next time.. let's see what happens.

What A Girl Wants

ok, so i think i'm still on shopping ban, but the warden (my bf) has consented to letting me buy another dress for mark's wedding tomorrow. i'd like to think that my adorable pleading and irresistable personality won him over for this, hehe, but well, he's really just understanding and although i don't think i quite convinced him with my justifications, he's wonderfully considerate of the fact that even though most of the time it's hard to believe, i am actually a girl.. and a girl has to have her indulgence, right? right?
so here's something new.. hopefully it'll help me save some bucks for future purchases.
